Die Orthop\u00e4dieabteilung der HRS war die erste Abteilung im Gro\u00dfherzogtum Luxemburg, die 2016 unter der Leitung von Dr. Pit Putzeys die Roboterchirurgie eingef\u00fchrt hat. Ziel war es, den Patienten eine individuelle und sichere L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr H\u00fcft- und Kniearthrosen anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n

Seit 2016 wurden von den orthop\u00e4dischen Chirurgen der HRS, darunter Dr. Putzeys Pit, Dr. Schlammes und ihren Kollegen, mehr als 3.500 H\u00fcft- und Knie-Totalprothesen, unikompartimentelle Prothesen oder Patellofemoralprothesen implantiert. <\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Vor der Operation wird der Patient einem CT-Scan mit reduzierter Dosis unterzogen, um ein dreidimensionales Modell des betroffenen Gelenks zu erstellen. Zahlreiche Studien konnten zeigen, dass dank der Mako\u00ae-Technik von STRYKER die postoperative Entz\u00fcndung bei einer Knieprothese geringer ist, die Schmerzen geringer sind, der Patient weniger Morphin ben\u00f6tigt, die Rehabilitation erleichtert wird und der Patient schneller nach Hause entlassen werden kann.<\/p>\n

Au\u00dferdem kann bei H\u00fcftprothesen durch eine pr\u00e4operative virtuelle Simulation unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Dynamik der Wirbels\u00e4ule eine individuelle Implantation vorgenommen werden, um einen mechanischen Konflikt und eine postoperative Luxation zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
